We are so excited to invite you to something a little different, a little creative, and a whole lot of fun.
This October we are bringing you our very first collage afternoon - a warm, relaxed space where scissors meet imagination, strangers become friends, and you finally give yourself permission to just play.
What to expect
Picture yourself settled in at The Talbot on a cosy Sunday afternoon, a drink from the bar in hand, something homemade and delicious to nibble on, surrounded by magazines, paper, colour and texture, and people who are just happy to be there.
Whether you dive straight into creating or simply sit back and soak up the atmosphere, there is truly no wrong way to show up.
Come and get creative - no skill, no background, no clue needed.
Collage is wonderfully forgiving and endlessly expressive. Come and have real conversations - there is something about making things with your hands that makes talking to new people feel completely natural and easy.
Come and take a little time for yourself - step away from the screens, the schedules and the noise. This is your Sunday afternoon to just be.
You might even rediscover a side of you that you had forgotten was there.
The only rule?
Come as you are.
Arrive alone, bring a friend, come not knowing what collage even is - it honestly does not matter.
We will have everything you need: the materials, the nibbles, the warm welcome, and our only job is to make sure you leave feeling glad you came.
