From overwhelm to balance
Women’s Social Club - April gathering
Join us for a meaningful and uplifting evening as we come together to learn, connect, and support one another in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our special guest speaker this month is Georgina Taylor-Wyatt, a Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist who specialises in helping people overcome anxiety and its many symptoms so they can live calmer, happier lives.
Many women experience anxiety at different stages of life, and it often becomes more noticeable during midlife and beyond. Changes in life circumstances, responsibilities, health, family dynamics, or simply the fast pace of modern life can leave many of us feeling overwhelmed, restless, or mentally exhausted.
So many women quietly carry these feelings without fully understanding why they occur or how to manage them. More and more women are now actively seeking ways to feel better, regain balance, and learn practical tools to navigate moments of overwhelm.
Understanding how our mind works is often the first empowering step toward feeling calmer and more in control.
What Georgina will share
During this engaging and insightful talk, Georgina will:
- Explain how the mind works when it comes to anxiety.
- Share how hypnotherapy can help you regain control.
- Offer simple techniques you can use in moments of overwhelm.
- Guide a short five-minute calming hypnosis so everyone can leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more positive.
Georgina is passionate about helping people understand that no matter how long they have struggled with anxiety, it is absolutely possible to move forward and feel better.
More than a talk
This evening is about more than just learning. It is about gathering as a community of women to be inspired, have fun, share experiences, and make new connections and friendships.
Bring a friend or come along and meet some wonderful new people. We cannot wait to see you there.
